Josh is a info sec professional, father, and eclectic personality from Southeast Michigan. He has spent the last 10 years working closely with developers in several industries, both in security and support/architecture roles. Along with OWASP Detroit co-founder J. Wolfgang Goerlich, Josh helps run both OWASP Detroit and Michsec, a broad-base security group based in SE Michigan.

Josh holds the GSEC certification (with a CISSP currently pending). He is fluent in several programming languages and has spent time as a freelance web programmer. He occasionally dreams in XML which is not generally good for his health.
