I am currently involved in a number of OWASP areas:
- participant of the OWASP Global Industry Committee
- lead writer for the AppSensor Project Team response to the initial public draft of NIST SP 800-137 concerning "Information Security Continuous Monitoring for Federal Information Systems and Organizations"
- presented WebScarab and AppSensor projects at the OWASP Ireland training day in Dublin on 11 March
- nominated AppSensor in the Counter Terrorism and Specialist Security Awards, 19 April 2011, London, and encouraged other OWASP contributors to vote
- presented a talk about OWASP, its projects at BCS London Central, 17 February
- attended OWASP Summit 2011, chaired the working session on Privacy - Personal Data/PII, Legislation and OWASP, co-chaired the working session for the Industry Committee, panel member on Enterprise Web Defense Roundtable and OWASP website, and contributed to other sessions, including taking notes for chairs.
- led writing and submission of AppSensor's entry in the Global Security Challenge IFSEC Future of Security Competition 2011

- participant and chair (up to 31st October) of the OWASP Global Industry Committee
- contributor of detector point ideas and documentation and promotion of the OWASP AppSensor Project
- contributor to the Software Assurance Maturity Model (SAMM) by jointly developing XML data formats and XSL to create roadmap charts using SVG
