1	Matthew Chalmers	Global Chapters member, and several other roles over the years	Larry's always been a behind-the-scenes kind of guy in OWASP but he's contributed a great deal and I enthusiastically support his desire to take a more visible role.
2	Mark Bristow	Global Conferences Committee Chair, AppSec DC Organizer, DC Co-Chair	Larry is one of the hardest working, under thanked people in OWASP. His operational vision will be a boon to the GPC.
3	Michael Coates	Global Membership Committee, AppSensor Lead	Larry is a great member of owasp and full of good ideas. I support his application and think he'll do great.
