Technical Support Engineer at AlienVault leading global provider of Cloud Computing Security Solution and threat intelligence.

I've been doing IT since I was 14. Started with neighbors, their friends and offices, continued to banks, airports, ISPs and governments. My experience is problem solving as Technical Support Engineer, Data Center Engineer, Network Operations Center Engineer and Incident Manager. Demonstrated history providing Break/Fix and Managed Services.

Currently technical support for AlienVault SIEM and Threat Intelligence. Troubleshooting Debian Linux, USM plugins, OSSIM, MySQL, Suricata, PRADS, OpenVAS, Nagios, OSSEC HIDS.

Recently I attended IT Security Conference Troopers 2017, Defense and Management Track in Heidelberg, Germany.
