Speakers have 3 options to call in:
* I can initiate a call to your wired POTS line (no cell no wireless) This is often the easiest for you, but the lowest quality. * Best Quality is to call in from a computer headset via Skype, that works very well. * The Heroic Option, is to talk to me via Skype, but use Audacity (thinking PC - there are mac and unix options) to record your microphone only from your host. You would then need to upload the WAV file after the podcast and its often 300mb+.
The show is produced by Jim Manico and Kevin Coons from ManaTribe from the island of Kauai using

Process
