Now, I work as a IT Project Manager since 2013, at the Goverment of Aragon, Spain. I usually manager projects about eadministration or apps for citizens in order to bring them public services. Before in 2010, I worked as Process Manager. . I designed, developed and deployed ITIL processes based on stakeholders’ requirements. In 2008 I was Service Desk Manager at the Goverment of Aragon. In 1997 to 2003 I was a CEO and CO-Owner of a software company specializing in Lotus Notes technology. In 1990 I studied Industrial Engineering in Zaragoza, Spain.
