Trying to determine what happened to my existing acct (username [email protected]). But when I attempt to reset password there's no record of that username. Yet when I go to request a NEW acct and use [email protected] as username it indicates that I cant choose a username that already exists. :) Oh well. Let me know what can be done. Thanks!
