With over 22 years experience in the Information System Arena. I have been working for Oracle Corporation for the last 14 years as part of the Advance Customer Support ACS organization. I hold many certifications in IT including Exadata X3/4 Administration Expert certification, Sun Solaris UNIX System Administrator certifications, HP-UX UNIX System Administration certification, Sun Microsystem Java Programmer certifications, Oracle Database administrator certification as well as ITIL foundation certification. I also hold a Master of Science in Database technologies from Regis University.
