Samrat is currently working with Tata Consultancy Services as a security analyst for the Information Risk Management practice. His day to day work includes security testing of web applications, compiling best practice documents for clients and imparting training.
He has worked as network penetration tester for telecom industry clients. Exposure to information security domain extends way back to his collage days, when he used to develop cryptographic utilities. He has also worked as lead developer in many embedded systems projects using native languages.
He has always been involved with application and system architectures during his developer days and now as a security consultant, he works on security architectures and designs also.
