David is one of the primary developers of the open source web security scanner Vega, and a founder of Subgraph, an open source security startup. Previously, he was moderator of the Bugtraq forum for over 4 years, was an editor for IEEE Security & Privacy, and was a founding member of SecurityFocus. David was one of the authors of the original CVSS 1.0 specification.
