Owen graduated in 2008 from Dundalk Institute of Technology, with a degree in Computer Applications and Support specialising in web application development.  In 2008, Owen went on to complete an honours degree in IT Management from Dundalk Institute of Technology. In 2009, Owen completed an MSc in Security & Forensic Computing from Dublin City University.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Owen’s experience included over two years of web application development for a multinational company. Since joining Ernst & Young’s Advisory services as a consultant in November 2010, Owen has worked on multiple global IT Security engagements across a wide range of industry sectors.

In September 2012 Owen left Ernst & Young to take up a senior consultant role within the Rits Information Security team providing Information Security services including penetration testing and IT Security engagements to a wide variety of financial and government bodies throughout Ireland.
