I was born and raised in Washington DC. I received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland Eastern shore in 1997. I worked for Verizon Communications in Maryland from 2000 till 2005. While working there, I studied for and obtained a Masters in IT with a concentration in Internet Security from American Intercontinental University. That same year I was offered the opportunity to travel overseas and teach English at a University, which I accepted. I recently returned and am trying to get up to speed on the latest IT security issues.
