Even though this section is titled "web application fingerprint", the content focuses only of fingerprinting "web servers". I think either the title should be changed, or the content should be updated with similar techniques to fingerprint web applications.

- I agree. Though I'm curious what how you'd describe finger printing a "web application" ..... do you mean the technologies used? Do you mean building a tree or flow diagram of the site/app?
