For Mike (just some draft notes, pleae clean up):
bugs:
- Currently when you go to http://SiteGenerator (or localhost) it doesn't take you to the default page.
- The Button 'Delete Selected website' should not be in the current location (it better to place it below the 'New Dynamic Website'
- on HttpHandeller support Content-Type: text/css; charset=iso-8859-1
New Features
- Import web page into SG xml file (i.e. automatically do the page mappings & download all relevant files)
