When a individual or corporate supporter joins OWASP Foundation 40% of the individual member fee is allocated to the local chapter for local activities. For internal OWASP accounting purposes we track how much has been allocated to the local chapter and how much has been donated to projects.
Chapter leaders can be reimbursed for authorized chapter expenditures using the defined guidelines in the Chapter Leader Handbook. Project leaders please review Guidelines for OWASP Projects
