My name is Elvin Mollinedo, I live in Santa Cruz de la Sierra - Bolivia, I am a System engineer, and I have experience in the telecommunication industry, I have installed 2 datacenters for the Pan American Silver Corporation and also worked as a web developer for three years as a freelancer.
