Michael is a Software Developer Engineer and Application Security Engineer based on San José, Costa Rica. Being a Software Engineer with strong experience working on large and scalable applications for the financial market, Michael got involved on Application Security and currently he is a key player on promoting Security Awareness in Costa Rica. He leads the OWASP Chapter in Costa Rica.
Having a strong security mindset, Michael works on Security Operation Center leading the Software Engineering efforts to build strategies, tools and methodologies to identify attacks in almost real time.
