I've been doing IT since I was 14 years old. Started with neighbors PCs, continued with problem solving at ISPs, Data Centers, Virtualization and Cybersecurity software providers.
Demonstrated history providing Break/Fix and Managed Services as Technical Support Engineer, Network Operations Center Engineer, Incident Manager and Data Center Engineer.
Currently technical support for AlienVault SIEM and Threat Intelligence. Troubleshooting Debian Linux, USM plugins, OSSIM, MySQL, Suricata, PRADS, OpenVAS, Nagios, OSSEC HIDS.
Recently I attended IT Security Conference Troopers 2017, Defense and Management Track in Heidelberg, Germany.
