100 to 200 attendees for major areas
Invite some people from the local government to talk about their views on App security
All events have the same panel discussion (for example 'What is the current state of Web Application Security and what should we be focusing on") :: Not pros and cons of sandboxing :P. After the discussion the local chapters will type a summary of it
