Walter Martín Villalba is an experienced Sr. Software Engineer & Security Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Health Care industry (10+ years). Skilled in cybersecurity, penetration testing, cryptography, networking, videoconferencing, and VoIP. Good level of C++, with some exposure to Objective-C and Python. OSCP certified. Some of his other interests include hacking, CTFs, traveling, cyberpunk, fighting human trafficking, child safety online, and non-profits.

Martín has been involved with OWASP for a few years, mainly attending conferences and also volunteering a couple times for AppSec Cali. He is now becoming the new chapter leader for OWASP Santa Barbara, and he will try his best to make it awesome.
