Mr. Francis Al Victoriano, is the owner of IhostCodex Web Services and Founder of new Group Project-AG, a member of Philippine Institute of Cyber Security Professionals known as PICSPRO and a OWASP Volunteer, Francis Al is one of the Web Developer at Codexpilipinas and EbaseHosting but currently working at Capiz State University, Central Administration MIS Office as an IT Staff.

Francis Al Victoriano is Computer Programming NCIV Graduate at Capiz State University because of financial problem he didn't proceed in the course of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science thats why he graduated in 2 years course only. Francis is very hard working student, a participants in CHS in CapTESA and attended some PSITS-WV event, in the age of 18 he start to learn Hacking during college years he become a member of some cyber groups in the philippines including some known groups such as Anonymous Philippines and Former Leader of Panay Hacking Group but he decided to quit later become Ethical Hacker but he still on the Position as Hacker in Pinoy Hacking Community and share some hacking tutorials. His extensive expertise includes Web Application Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Cryptography, SEO , Web Development,Web Designing and Mobile App Development.

Francis Al Victoriano attended the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Awareness Seminar given by AJA in November 2014. He completed the Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking, Advanced Penetration Testing and Cryptography Course in Cybrary and he share his expertise in offensive security and social engineering in 0P3N who submits tutorials and guides. He study more about Python for Security Purposes, Post Exploitation Hacking and Computer and Hacking Forensics.

Francis Al Victoriano is currently at rank 900th hackers in bugcrowd and disclose some of vulnerability in high profile website and private website bug he did not focus on bug bounty program, Francis is good in Web Hacking, including SQL Injection ,SSI, XSS, RFI, LFI, CSRF and more. A good Webmaster and Maintaining almost 20 websites outside and inside the country and maintaining some web servers. He is good in PHP Programming, HTML/CSS and JS he created some Computerized Program like Bell and Announcement System, Record System, document tracking system, grade inquiry system and some more.

Currently, Francis together with his team perform cyber security awareness campaign and they conducting free presentation in some school and organizing the 1st cyber security professional summit in panay island. They talk a lot of Topics like OWASP Top 10, Social Engineering, Offensive Security and etc.
