Neill is a business innovation and growth strategist with a background in enterprise business development. He has spent the last 3 years in London and Dublin startup clusters working and advising startups on growth/business model strategy and has been invited to mentor/talk with entrepreneurs at university startup incubators like the launchbox accelerator  located in Trinity College Dublin. While in Dublin Neill set up the Ireland version of the international startup community growth event Silicon drinkabout Dublin .
Neill is focused on introducing more structured experimentation to product development, portfolio and innovation strategy in corporates and to early stage startup entrepreneurs. He co-designed the methodology of lean prototyping  which he now teaches and facilitates in workshops through HustleHack.com .
Currently founder of digital innovation business Atrovate  Neill is passionate for cyber security to be viewed upon as an innovation priority Vs a competitive advantage or portfolio luxury. Along with Marco Morana  Neill is leading the Global Cyber Security Startup Initiative  with Owasp.
