My ICT career started in 1999 as a desktop technician. I have gained experience in use and design of variety of different systems: desktop, server, LAN, VoIP, databases, web sites and web portals. Over the years I have refined the methodology that allowed me to create and manage, with great satisfaction, a challenging work environment, full of opportunities.My duties cover a wide range of activities from design, implementation, and finally the management of information systems, operational and business processes. Specifically, I deal with: - Project management, - Presales, - Service design, transition and operation, - Continual service improvement, - Operational management of IT systems (Windows and Linux servers, LANs, firewalls, VoIP phone systems, CMDB), - Data security management. My current position is Head of Professional Services and Innovation Department.
