Angel Garay is a developer from Tallahassee, Florida. USA. He develops business applications for government agency specializing in health care and health information. Angel is a co-founder of the Tallahassee Community College Computer Club (TC4). Angel started his career as a game developer and moved to business application development in Late 2013. After moving to business applications, Angel became involved in several different developer communities, including the Capital City .NET Users group. Angel has moved his focus to web security after he started developing API (Web API) applications. Security now plays a large role in the applications he helps develop.
