“Dr David J Day is a Senior Lecturer and Consultant in Cyber Security at Sheffield Hallam University. He is also a Special Officer with the NCA's National Cyber Crime Unit where he advices on cybercrime investigations. As a consultant he provides bespoke computer network traffic analysis and performs system penetration tests. Last year he received written commendation from the London Met Police Central eCrime Unit for forensic analysis work which helped lead to the conviction of a member of the hacking fraternity LulzSec.”
