Set-up discussion between Ivan Buetler and Martin Knobloch

Requirement: - event is related to a conference --> Remote --> Local

Wiki setup: - information about how to get the UC at an OWASP Conference - previous hosted events + standing/outcome - HOWTO request a UC at the AppSec conference (3 month ahead)

responsibilities: Conference Organisation: - Announcement - event room --> internet connection required - outreach to the local Universities - sponsor for winner prizes - winner announcement during the main track / (before) end of the conference

"Ticket winning" pre-conference challenges: -> option for conference to offer free tickets via solving Hacking-Lab challenges -> qualifying for UC? -> Team qualifying

OWASP/Hacking-lab team: - Router - event set-up - 2 event Teachers
