The last information I received is that Board Members expenses to go to conferences do not need to come from the conference budget. So I am deleting the item "Conferences are expected to provide travel for at least one board member" from the "budget" tab. [Lucas]

Actually, I'm not sure that is an official policy shift yet as it would require board approval. [Mark]
