Dear Paul,

I am contacting chapter leaders to find out their level of activity and whether you need assistance. I noticed that on the Houston wiki page, there does not seem to be any activity in the chapter since the February 2014 event, which is listed as an upcoming event. Your meetup site on the other hand is much more active.

I would suggest archiving the February event into the past events tab and changing the Upcoming events copy to more prominently link to the Meetup site, which may be easily missed by new members who come to your chapter from the wiki and may assume at a glance that it is not active.

For past events, you can continue to post meeting information and handouts or slidedecks on the Past Meetings tab, or if you are maintaining files at the meetup site to make that clear on the wiki page. We prefer that you post informative slide presentations to your wiki so everyone has access to it. I trust that the meetup site is fee and open to participate.
