- I agree that there is content overlap. There is also a difference of context. The context of this article is that it is a section of a book. The context of the other article is that it is an instance of the concept of "security control". I think the bulk of the knowledge should be in the Static Code Analysis page, while this page should include contents from the other one and wrap it in prose as appropriate for the flow of the book.
