"Alpha release projects are the most free and open" - let's rephrase this. "Free and open" is a phrase we use to describe OWASP and everything at OWASP. Saying that Alpha projects are the "most" free and open begs the confusing question: isn't everything at OWASP free and open? I think what we're going for is that Alpha release projects are the "lowest" rung of the ladder.
