Afterwards, he has spent over a decade researching and improving techniques for the analysis and development of secure software, among others in the context of his Ph.D. He authored more than 60 articles published in international journals or conferences. He is specialized in methodological and constructive software security techniques, with a specific focus on application security. Because of his background, he has an in-depth knowledge of the state-of-the-art in the area.
