OWASP
A fundação Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) é uma associação profissional de membros globais e está aberta a todas as pessoas interessadas em aprender mais sobre segurança de software.
Evento
Caio Dias, Felipe Ferraz e Rodrigo Assad tornaram-se membros oficiais da OWASP em 2012 para fomentar a segurança no desenvolvimento de software em Recife. Atualmente somente Caio Dias é o líder do capítulo, mas conta com o apoio dos antigos líderes.
O evento OWASP Chapter Recife são eventos chaves do capítulo da OWASP de Recife.
Ocorre de modo geral em auditório e com transmissão online.
Em 2014, temos a reabertura do capítulo com o evento OWASP Chapter Recife 2014.
