To-do-list

1. Write Installer (VulnReportHelpers.cs WILL BE CHANGED) 

  a. Copy three zip files (COM, FOP and ORG_CONFIG_FILES originally called Vuler_files) into installer directory.
  b. Rename to txt file.
  c. If first time install, then unzip file otherwise don't.
