The Metropolitan Cyber Security Community (MCSC) was the first to use a NYC based community building tool known as "Meet-Up" and it is now being used all over the world for OWASP Foundation by like minded individuals. The MCSC group represents members of many technical disciplines including but not limited to OWASP projects.
