Colin Bell from IBM shall be discussing Advanced security testing using AppScan. The theory behind such approaches to application security, the benefits and pitfalls.
Colin has been working in IT for over 20 years, initially as a Mainframe developer and then later as a web developer / E Business leader. Between 2001 and 2007, he worked as a senior security analyst for Sun Life Financial based in Waterford. In that role developed in house security testing capabilities for Sun Life globally and ran an advanced testing lab/service in Ireland for the benefit of the whole organization.
