• Create and share best practices and tools for InfoSec community
• Position the Foundation for growth.
• Redesign corporate sponsorship benefits.

Goals

• Define new and larger corporate sponsorship packages to fund the operations for the Foundation.
• Retooling corporate sponsorships to increase the size of our event exhibitions while rewarding our larger corporate sponsors.
• Increase Corporate Sponsorship revenue by 25%.

Simplify

• Offer a variety of corporate membership packages to include training, event sponsorships, and complimentary individual memberships. This would not end the practice of selling event sponsorships for individual conferences, but our hope would be to move more of those companies to a multi- or global-event package thereby vastly increasing our efficiency by selling a smaller number of bigger ticket items instead of a good many of smaller ones.

Proposal

• Add an additional level of corporate sponsorship, for a total of 4 while adding additional benefits to the current top 2 levels.
• Increase the cost of two of our current corporate sponsorship options.
• The top 3 corporate sponsorship levels would offer a defined number of complimentary individual memberships.
• The top 3 corporate sponsorship levels would offer a defined number of training seats at our global, local and/or regional events.
• The top 3 corporate sponsorship levels would offer a defined number of complimentary exhibitor space at our global, local and/or regional events. These corporate sponsors would have first choice to choose their exhibitor space location at the particular event(s).
• The top 2 corporate sponsorship levels would offer a defined number of on-site training days
