Charmi Lin (Taiwan Information & Communication Security Technology Center)

Charmi works at the Taiwan Information & Communication Security Technology Center (ICST). A government-funded, non-profit organization, ICST is responsible for providing security services to the Taiwan government sector. ICST is also responsible for conducting periodic pentesting against more than 3000 Taiwan government websites as an auditing process. ICST holds a wealth of cyber threat intelligence, and regularly submits CVEs.

Charmi worked previously with the ICST’s pentesting team and is now a part of the incidence response team. Charmi has in-depth knowledge regarding organized crime in Asia. He holds GCFA and BS 7799 LA, and is a frequent speaker at security conferences and regularly publishes on infosecurity magazines.
