<p><b>New page</b></p><div>Trying to determine what happened to my existing acct (username sstevens@egov.com). But when I attempt to reset password there's no record of that username. Yet when I go to request a NEW acct and use sstevens@egov.com as username it indicates that I cant choose a username that already exists. :) Oh well. Let me know what can be done.
