Specifically for the security topic I am the initiator of PSR-9/PSR-10 http://blog.phpdeveloper.org/2015/05/22/php-security-psr-9psr-10/ which aims to define a standard process for reporting and disclosing security issues in a structured format in the PHP world.&lt;br /&gt;
