&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Kathy is Co-founder of the Front Range OWASP Conference (SnowFroc), a regional Application Security Conference, that has attracted cutting-edge speakers from around the world to educate 1000s of attendees over the past 8 years.  She manages all aspects of SnowFROC year to year including attracting speakers, venue, volunteers and managing the process end to end.  We strive to bring relevant and current topics to the Appsec community in Denver. In addition to running SnowFroc, Kathy was also Chapter Leader for the Boulder Chapter from 2010 to 2011.&lt;br /&gt;

Kathy Thaxton has over 30 years as a Technology Sales Leader in the Denver area and has served on the OWASP Denver Board since 2008.  She has owned businesses, served as a business liason, VP of Sales and other leadership roles.  She currently sits on two non-profit boards, OWASP Denver, and the Institute for Environmental Solutions.  &lt;br /&gt;

Kathy is committed to growing the AppSec community in the Denver area and has promoted and partnered with various IT security solutions and practices since 2004.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
