Specialty training in psychiatry, also teach meditation and martial arts. Co-authored book on meditation (Real Meditation in Minutes a Day, Wisdom Publications 2008). Recently started learning web application programming to explore ways of creating apps that can be used therapeutically.<br /> <br /> Have always been interested in security (not just computer security) because so many security issues involve human perception, processing, and decision making. As I learned more about web apps and saw the push to put increasing amounts of personal medical information online, I have become quite concerned about the security of that information.<br /> <br /> I am interested in learning enough to be able to contribute to what I see is an increasingly important field of knowledge.</div>
