Carrier is a Booz Allen Associate serving as an Information Security Consultant in the Washington, D.C. offices of Booz Allen Hamilton (“Booz Allen”). He has over 18 years of experience with automated information systems and more than 10 years of specialized experience in information systems security including security assessment, requirements analysis, certification and accreditation (C&amp;amp;A), certification test and evaluation (CT&amp;amp;E), security test and evaluation (ST&amp;amp;E), trusted product evaluations and experience with multilevel automated information systems.  In-depth knowledge analyzing and developing C&amp;amp;A documentation to meet DIACAP and National Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (NIACAP).  Mr. Carrier has also worked many projects to meet various OMB requirements (e.g. SSP, POA&amp;amp;M, IT Contingency Plans).
