I’m experienced in leading, mentoring and managing offshore, off-site and on-site QA resources/teams. As a team player I participate in Manual, Automation, Performance and Security testing activities that I’m leading or managing and prefers to be hands on.<br /> <br /> I’m involved in full STLC and various activities of SDLC of software applications developed on heterogeneous platforms such as Mainframe, UNIX and Windows. <br /> <br /> With quality as a paramount goal I am always in quest and eager to explore new techniques for process improvement.
