<p><b>New page</b></p><div>Dr. Henri Binsztok began his carrier in Research and Teaching in<br />
Computer Science at University Paris 6 and Paris 7 for four<br />
years. While holding a PhD in Computer Science from University Paris<br />
6, Henri initally studied biology and fundamental physics which both<br />
convinced him of the importance of a global vision of systems. He<br />
applied this principle to conceive and develop the prototype of what<br />
would become Opa, a breaktrough in web application development. Henri<br />
founded MLstate to develop the Opa technology and serves as Chairman<br />
of the Board and CEO. The company grew in 3 years from 1 to 30<br />
