His experience includes large-scale, web-based, and client-server applications. In conjunction with developing systems, he is an expert in application security and leads the application security review team at Mathematica.Since joining Mathematica in 2003, Jones has led the systems development for major clients, including the U.S. Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, and Labor. He oversaw the systems development of the What Works Clearinghouse (WWC), an initiative of the Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences. He also designed and oversaw the implementation of the Building Strong Families (BSF) case management system. BSF was an initiative of the Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families.
