Godkjenning av dagsorden. Innkomne forslag<br /> *15:10 - Om OWASP<br /> *15:40 - Forslag til vedtekter<br /> *16:00 - Diskusjon og avklaringer<br /> *16:45 - Nedsettelse av interimstyre<br /> *17:00 - Første generalforsamling og arbeidet fremover<br /> *17:15 - OWASP Guide og OWASP top ten<br /> *17:50 - Oppsummering kommentarer<br /> <br /> Kåre ønsket velkommen og gikk gjennom dagsordenen. Det var ingen innkomne forslag og dagsordenen ble godtkjent uten kommentarer. Kåre ble valgt til ordstyrer og Markus Harboe til referent.<br /> <br /> Harald Øygard presenterte OWASP og en oversikt over deres viktigste prosjekter.<br /> <br /> Kåre presenterte forslag til vedtekter. Etter noe diskusjon og små endringer endte vi opp med de vedtektene vi inviterer den første generalforsamlingen å vedta.<br /> <br /> Til interimstyret ble valgt:<br /> *Kåre Presttun fra mnemonic<br /> *Harald Øygard fra mnemonic<br /> *Erlend Oftedal fra Bekk<br /> Interimstyret ha i oppgave å forberede og invitere til generalforsamling<br /> <br /> Veien videre ble deretter diskutert. Målet er å arrangere den første generalforsamlingen innen utgangen av april (forslagsvis onsdag 29/4 kl 16) og senest i løpet av mai. Deltakerene oppfordres til å komme med forslag til endelig styre. Å arrangere medlemsmøter blir en viktig aktivitet. Forslag om relativt hyppige medlemsmøter i starten for å få opp aktiviteten og for å senke terskelen for å presentere interessant fagstoff.
