I love everything about technology. Maintaining systems and networks is my passion.

I am the one responsible for the office network. Securing and updating machines to ensure encryption is the main protocol considered by the company in every offices is my obligation. Formulating new processes to ensure that all staff, especially our technical support team is efficient and effective.

Collaboration is also a must in my position, establishing clear and open conversation to my colleague is the main thing I consider, as being a part of the escalation team.

I am also leading the 2nd Level System Administrators for Cebu Office.
