Started with neighbors PCs, continued with problem solving at ISPs, Data Centers, Virtualization and Cybersecurity software providers.<br /> <br /> Demonstrated history providing Break/Fix and Managed Services as Technical Support Engineer, Network Operations Center Engineer, Incident Manager and Data Center Engineer.<br /> <br /> Currently technical support for AlienVault SIEM and Threat Intelligence.
